Ahhlo — account and data deletion

This page explains how to delete your Ahhlo account and the data associated with it. Deletion is available to everyone, whether or not you still have the app installed.

Delete from within the app (fastest)

1. Open Ahhlo and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → My account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed or can’t sign in, email support@bean-studio.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request against your account email and process it within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your account record and sign-in identity;
• baby profiles you own, and all their logged events and schedules;
• your membership in any care teams you had joined.

Babies owned by another account (where you were an invited caregiver) are not deleted — only your access to them is removed.

What is retained

• Purchase records required for tax and accounting compliance are retained by the app stores (Apple/Google) under their policies; we retain a minimal transaction reference as required by law.
• Residual copies in encrypted backups of our database are purged on the backup rotation cycle (up to 30 days).
