Common questions
How do I invite another caregiver?
Open a baby’s care team and create an invitation. The other caregiver enters the invite code in their app. Invitations expire 15 minutes after they’re created and can be used once.
How do I export my data?
You can export your activity logs as CSV or PDF from within the app and share them. For a copy of all the personal data we hold about you, email support@bean-studio.com.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your baby profiles, logged events, schedules, and account record. If you can’t access the app, email support@bean-studio.com from your account email address and we’ll process the deletion for you.
I bought Pro — how do I restore it on a new device?
Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there’s nothing to renew or cancel. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, open the app and use Restore purchases while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account.
